Vintage
Since our opening in December of 2007, we’ve been setting aside beers for delicate aging in the temperature and humidity-controlled cellar beneath the floor, under your feet. We’ve selected only beers that would improve over time and added them to the list at the peak of their development.

Ales

Cellared Angel’s Share(375 ml) Bbl-Aged Barleywine The Lost Abbey, San Marcos, CA 11.5 $47.00

*Bottled: 2010 Brandy barrels were called into action to age this beast of a beverage. Even after years of aging this beer is still

far from subtle, inoculating the drinker with oak tannins, bitter chocolate, toffee, and a touch of heat.

Cellared Angel’s Share(750 ml) Blended Barleywine The Lost Abbey, San Marcos, CA 12.5 $80.00

*Bottled: 2009 The 2009 bottling of this monster has a full percentage of alcohol over its younger brother. Again, the massive

malt bill plays host to the spirit driven oak character, robust caramel, and black cherry flavors that abound

in this beer..

Cellared Firestone 14 (22 oz) Strong Ale Firestone-Walker, Paso Robles, CA 12.5 $65.00

*Bottled: 2010 While Firestone has the slogan of, “A passion for pale”, their anniversary series reminds us of their deft touch

with barrel aging. A blend of six base beers comprise this now retired monster. A sublime synthesis of

oak, toffee, and french roast coffee.

Cellared Old Stock (12 oz) Barleywine North Coast, Fort Bragg, CA 11.5 $15.00

toffee and caramel sipper.

one metric ton of raisins make this a decadent dessert to sip and savor with friends.

beer straddels the line between barlywine, wine, and brandy. Bold and complex with nuances of toffee, sour

cherry, and raisins offset by a pleasing tarness and acidity.

Cellared Abbaye St. Bon-Chien G.C.(375 ml) Wild Ale BFM, Saignelégier, SW 11.0 $50.00
