The Monk’s Kettle is pleased to offer its facility to interested parties for private events, whether for Lunch or Dinner.  These events can be structured in almost any way necessary to meet your needs.  However, due to our very small size, total capacity is limited to 45 people, and requires renting out the entire space.

Outstanding in the Field Beer Dinner

Join us for a grand family-style beer dinner with Firestone Walker Brewery and brewmaster Matt Brynildson!  Taking place on Saturday June 29 on a beautiful farm in Bolinas, this dinner will be one to remember. An Outstanding in the Field Dinner

Monk's Kettle was honored to join Firestone Walker and 2011 Brewer of the Year Matt Brynildson for a family-style multi-course dinner hosted by Outstanding in the Field.  The dinner took place on the Summer Solstice, June 20th, at the Little Organic Farm in Tomales CA. SF Beer Week 2012

Thanks to all for an amazing SF Beer Week 2012!  We were happy to host a few key events (2nd Annual Trappist Dinner; "Sweet & Sour" Valentine; The Bruery Anniversary Series flight; and an Eclipse Bottle Signing with FiftyFifty Brewer Todd Ashman), and take our Beer List to whole new levels.

East Coast Night at the Kettle!

A huge thanks to everyone for a ridiculously amazing East Coast Beer Night on Thursday March 24. On tap were Pretty Things and Cambridge Brewing: Jack D'Or (Pretty Things), Project Venus (collaboration between Cambridge, Stone and Victory), and Blunderbuss 2010 (Cambridge). Dann and Martha, owners of Pretty Things, and Will Myers, brewmaster at Cambridge Brewing, were on hand to discuss the beers and their breweries.  A PDF of the day's Beer Menu can be viewed HERE.     • Abbots Cellar earns Top 100

      A big congrats to little sis as Abbots Cellar earned a Top 100 billing from the Chronicle’s Michael Bauer!

      Also, keep an eye out for our Roof Top Honey, as the bee hive recently installed on the roof at Abbots is already putting out some beautiful honeycomb.

      And for those that missed it, a new “At the Bar” menu is now available from 5:30 to 7pm nightly.  Grab a seat at the bar or chef’s counter and enjoy!
